Focus Foodbar puts a lot of thought into the quality, freshness and origin of the products. From the selection of the product to the waste, all steps are carefully considered. Most of what we serve is homemade with fresh products. Sustainability is also highly valuated and we prevent food waste as much as possible. 

But only that, and making delicious dishes, aren’t all ingredients for good food here at Focus Foodbar.
In our kitchen we also pay attention tot he ethics behind our food. The current scandals in the bio-industry have created a movement. That movement considers the current relation with animals unacceptable. Focus Foodbar endorses that message by offering a fully plantbased menu to our guests.
